Choirmaster sacked over 'bully' claims

BRIAN DONNELLY The Church of Scotland said it had terminated the contract of Iain Simcock after a specific undisclosed incident, although it insisted it was unrelated to previous claims of bullying.The sacking was set against a background of intimidation allegations against the 47-year-old who was only installed as director of music at the historic Glasgow Cathedral six months ago.
